SSC Consultant

Le Christin is a 114-unit social housing project in Montreal’s Latin Quarter, in the heart of downtown. The project is a SHDM development to increase the social value of its housing offer and to expand community services that promote residential stability for people in a situation of chronic homelessness. The project is in partnership with accueil Bonneau.

Tasks accomplished on this project

  • Validation of the prevention programs of the subcontractors and the main contractor
  • Monitoring of safety activities surrounding the excavation and adjacent buildings
  • Production of daily site inspection reports
  • Risk management assessment of several trades
  • Follow-up of emergency measures in place on a restricted traffic, work site
